À propos de Children's Ministry
The Children's Ministry Directorate (CMD) is one of the Directorates under the General Directorate for Ministries of The Methodist Church Ghana. It is dedicated to nurturing children in the Christian faith, leading them into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and equipping them to become faithful disciples and future leaders of the Church.
Working closely with parents, Sunday School teachers, ministers, and other stakeholders, the Directorate provides a strong biblical foundation that supports the spiritual, moral, and holistic development of every child.
Through coordinated programmes, teacher development, and guidance for families, the Directorate helps children grow in faith from infancy through Confirmation and prepares them for active participation and Full Membership in the Church.

Lead children to know and follow Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour.
Nurture children in the Christian faith and prepare them to confidently witness to their faith.
Support parents and guardians in providing spiritual guidance and Christian upbringing for their children.
Prepare children for Confirmation and Full Membership in The Methodist Church Ghana.
Activités
Ce que nous faisons
Promote the Christian nurture of children from infancy through Confirmation.
Provide guidance on the baptism of children and their reception into Full Membership of the Church.
Coordinate children's ministry programmes, including the Cradle Roll, Children's Service, Junior Classes, Sunday School, and children's participation in public worship.
Develop programmes and resources that foster the spiritual growth of children.
Recruit, train, and provide continuous development for Sunday School teachers and children's ministry workers.
Advise the Church on matters relating to children's spiritual development through the General Directorate for Ministries.
